I bet that question got everyone's attention. For those of you who are published you know the answer, but you newbies out there are going to get the cold, hard facts. The URL below is hilarious, but there is a lot of truth in it.

There is nothing easy about writing a book (so much to learn), hard to find anyone interested in your work, and if you do find someone who wants your story you can still be turned down. Once you sell your book there will be edits. When it's published you have to promote your book and hope it sells.
The answer to my question is that nothing worth doing is going to be easy. Enjoy the URL above, and you'll know what you are in for even as you laugh.
