I don't decorate as much as I did when the kids were young. A lone pumpkin and my favorite orange and green plaid tablecloth are about as decorative as I get these days, but the spirit of celebrating all things that go bump in the night, is alive and well!
To celebrate this holiday, I'm offering someone who comments, an e copy of each of my shifter stories...

tree?
Not
everyone is happy about welcoming the daughter of one of the old alpha’s

Drew Tao, the new alpha has reason to suspect that she might have revealed the

How do you celebrate Halloween? Do you put out so many decorations that it takes a week to get them all down, or bake special treats for the little family goblins who are showing up? Whatever you do, please share a Halloween tradition with everyone and let's get this celebration started!
Hugs,
Paris Brandon
Hi, Paris. I don't share your enthusiasm for Halloween, but I understand it. Halloween is fun, and I've written a few Halloween stories. But I don't really get into the holiday. I loved your story in Entice Me.
ReplyDeleteCara,
ReplyDeleteI think I enjoy the kids, the most. Kids that grew up with my kids now bring their kids by, so I'm pretty sure the nostalgia angle figures into my love of the holiday. I'm glad you liked I'll Be Seeing You, it's a personal favorite:)
Halloween is a great time! I love to do fun things but now that the kids are older, we've toned it down. This year I found a headless statue in the garbage so now the headless child is a part of my display!
ReplyDeleteI love Halloween...rushed the season this year and have had decorations up a week already. Halloween makes me smile....
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed Halloween as a kid. I think I was the only one in the neighborhood who preferred popcorn balls to candy. :)
ReplyDeleteMelissa,
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing quite like a re-purposed decoration, lol! Can we get you to post a photo?
Jean,
ReplyDeleteI don't blame you for rushing the season! It's so much fun:)
Tina,
ReplyDeleteWe always trick or treated at my great-grandmother's house last, and she made the best popcorn balls. I waited all year for those things, lol! Still my favorite :)
I decorate inside and outside, and like handing out treats to the kids. Numbers vary every year...hard to figure out how many to expect this year.
