Riviera
Rendezvous #RB4U #AuthorRT
We are in the mystical month of October, when the veil
between the worlds gets thin and ghosts and otherworldly beings run wild
between now and the 31st.
How well-honed is your intuition, and when it strikes, do
you listen?
If you could put yourself in the shoes of Amalie Pallas, the
heroine in Riviera Rendezvous, what would you do in her opening dilemma?
Imagine a young woman caught between the devil himself and a
charismatic stranger. She is an ocean
away from home, has almost no money, and must get off the cruise ship before it
sails in a few hours.
Her logical mind says she should go to her embassy or
consulate if she has no friends in the area, but intuition nudges her
heart and tells her that this may be her only chance to spend a few days with
the man she’s been magnetically drawn to from a distance for the past few months.
What harm could it cause if she takes off with him in his
sports car to the west, skirting along the French Riviera to a romantic family wedding?
He offers her money—proposes a business deal. He needs her
as much as she needs the money. Will that allow him to think he can treat her
as his employee, or that he has bought his way into her bed?
Staying on the cruise ship is not an option. Her intuition
says go for the adventure, so she plunges into living-in-the-moment,
in trust that destiny has presented her with this opportunity.
Riviera Rendezvous was so much fun to write! I hope you
enjoy reading it—and the other entertaining stories in the Entice Me: Luscious Love Stories anthology—as much as I enjoyed
writing it.
What would you do if you were Amalie? Play it safe or
take an intuitive leap of faith if all the vibes felt right, and hop into that sleek sports car with Xandros?

I love Riviera Rendezvous. I would have done the same thing as Amalie. I've learned to listen to my intuition too.
