Career Milestones and Being Thankful

Thank you to everyone who bought or left a review for The Shadow Files. The limited edition of the supernatural suspense collection made the USA Today Bestseller list on August 16, and was a milestone in my career. Trust me, I didn’t do it alone. I’m grateful to each and every one of the authors in this collection, because making this list was a team effort.  

 

I spent the day pinching myself and trying to decide on what to do to celebrate the occasion. I decided taking some time off to relax was the best way to celebrate. At least until I had enough energy to do some serious shopping that didn’t entail an online retailer. I finally found a few new vintage shops and am compiling a list of others that look interesting. I think I forgot how much goofing off energizes me.
