BIO:
I am an avid follower of all things Paranormal and magick since childhood. My debut story, The Snake Princess, and later two other stories have been published by XOXO publishers. I am currently working on my first novel, ‘The Neighbor’s Wife.’
Q: What is the most important thing you do for your career now, as compared to when you first started writing?
A: When I started out I wrote for the pure pleasure of writing, now I am trying to reach out to more and more readers and share my world of imagination with them.
Q: How much of yourself is hidden in the characters in the book?
A: I try to live a life of adventure and thrill through my characters, which are an extension of me, my failures, my unfulfilled wishes and dreams.
Q: Of all your characters, who’s your favorite, and why?
A: Whichever character I write about at the moment becomes my favorite. Currently it is the Hitler’s sculptor who ran off with his neighbor’s Jewish wife.
Q: If you could change something about your first book, what would it be?
A: I will try to make it longer and add back story to it.
Q: Do you eat comfort food/listen to music when writing?
A: Writing is like escaping to another dimension for me. Even if I play music, I am unable to listen anything of it after a certain time. So deep and such a meditative state is achieved with writing.
Q: How do you choose names for your characters?
A: Ah! Choosing names is even more difficult than thinking of the plot. I choose any generic names and work out the final names at the final stage.
Q: Give one advice tip to an aspiring author.
A: Never give up on your dreams; though the road is hard the success can be achieved if you persevere. God/Creation has given you a great gift, cultivate it and use it for the benefit of others. Most of all think of writing as a job, like that of a carpenter that has to done. Have you heard a carpenter say, he will not work today because he is not in the ‘mood?’
Q: If you could give a younger version of yourself advice, what would it be?
A: Be more disciplined and understand that writing alone is your salvation.
Q: What genre would you like to try writing that you haven’t yet tried?
A: Science Fiction and Fantasy; the genre has been my favorite since childhood and I will definitely try my hand at it in the future.
Q: Have you ever used an incident from your real life into one of your books?
A: I do it all the time – using real life incidents and characters in my books. Fiction, as someone has said, is reality minus the boring parts.
Q: Any part of a book that drives you crazy as you write: beginning, middle, or end?
A: Middle, for sure. Because the beginning takes care of itself because of the enthusiasm and the end rushes itself because of the momentum. It is the middle that tests your commitment to the book to the fullest.
Q: How many stories are swirling around in your head? Do you keep a mental list, a computer file, or a spiral notebook filled with the ideas?
A: I have the first draft of 7-8 novels done with a dozen more stories fighting with me to start and complete them. Sometimes I wish I could escape to the mountains and do nothing but write, write and write for years at a stretch!

Q: What is your favorite place to go to for a holiday and why?
A: Going to mountains and working on my novels.
Q: What are two things people might be surprised to know about you?
A: I had 8 full length novels written and completed even before my first short story was published. I saved all of my pocket money just to buy books to read and notebooks to write on.
Q: As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: I had no idea and was simply clueless as to what I wanted to be.
Q: Favorite food.
A: Home cooked meal.
Q: Favorite happy memory.
A: Cutting out snippets from newspaper on things paranormal. And buying dozens of comics at the start of summer break of school.
Q: Favorite drink.
A: Coke.
Q: Hot summer days or chilly winter nights?
A: Chilly winter nights – because that is when my imagination is fired.
Q: What is the top thing on your bucket list?
A: Finding interested beta readers for my Historical Romance ‘ The Neighbor’s wife.
Q: If you could have a super power, what would it be?
A: Traveling between galaxies faster than speed of light.

The affair of a Aryan with a Jew was unforgivable in Nazi Germany and yet they rushed in where Angels fear to tread. That's the plot of my new novella in the works.
EXCERPT:
I stopped the path of Drucy the next day, wearing a leather jacket and tight fitting trouser and riding a motorbike that I had hired for the occasion; “Wanna go for a ride?”
She looked at me astonished and then turning to her maid said, “Take the kids to the park; I’ll be back after a while. Not a word to their father.” She then sat behind me and unhesitatingly put an arm around my waist – surprise, surprise! I put the motorcycle in gear and drove away as if in a dream. Never had I imagined that could have worked both ways. I drove her to a quiet retro-bar and ordered drinks.
“You look different today! Much more interesting,” she said looking at me with inquiring eyes.
“I thought you’ll like it. How are your tarot card readings going? Don’t mind but this thing could easily be labeled Jewish and could land you in trouble with the authorities.”
“F*** authority!” she said and lit up a cigarette taking it out from the pack I had put on the table.
“I am myself unconventional and like to kick society’s arse, part of the reason I find you so attractive.”
“Aren’t you getting enough from your wife these days?”
“Excuse me!”
“Your heard me stud!” she emptied her glass in one go.
“Now that the gloves are off,” I said after a while, “the truth is that I find you irresistible.”
“We are both married…to different people.”
“F*** conventions!”
“What if we get caught?”
“I want you! How and when I can get you, you tell me.”
“Thanks for the drink, drop me home.”
“I wish your goddamn husband was in the army and was sent to the front, somewhere far away in the East…never to return.”
“So desperate you are, to get rid of him?” she allowed herself a smile.
“Don’t be surprised if I drag him to a dark alley one of these days and do away with him for good.”
“Don’t do that…you’ll get caught.”
“I won’t, trust me. These are confusing times, with Deutschland preparing for War and army folks coming and going. The whole goddamn Berlin is full of partisans, thugs, spies, armed gangs and all kind of vile creatures. It is unsafe to be walking alone in the evening and robberies can go wrong, if the victim resists.”
“Let’s go,” she said getting up.
“Leave everything; come with me,” I said dragging her by her arm and looking straight into her eyes.
“Your crazy hormones or fantasies are your problem, not my husband.” She freed her arm from my grip and turned the butt of the cigarette in the ash-tray. “I am not game for a one night stand.”
“I have got this beautiful place in the hills near Freiburg im Breisgau in the black forest. We can stay there, undisturbed by War, far away from the crowd, boredom, relatives, society and any responsibility.”
“You are mad! Tell me one good reason that I should leave my husband of nine years, two kids and home for a sexcapade with you?”
“Because life is too short to enjoy and you have the same steak of recklessness in your eyes that I have. We’ll both be so good together; we can make each other happy and fulfilled. What else there is in life to pursue, except happiness? Fame and fortune I have plenty, only that I need now is YOU to make life complete.”
“It’s all about you tiger; what’s in it for me?”
“It is a chance to escape your boring marriage, once in for all and to enjoy life to the full, with my wealth and fame. Where are you going? Hey…wait...der halt!”
Turning at the doorway she said in a low whisper, “Two in the morning, in front of the abandoned Bakery shop of the Jew two corners from our alley. I’ll trade the ride of the beast between your legs any day with the drab safety of a tin box.”
It took me a while to understand that she meant that the motorcycle was better and sexier that the car!
Anything else you’d like to add?
I write Romance, Paranormal, and Science Fiction and Fantasy. There are thousands of authors and millions of books out there. Why then should readers spend their precious money and time on my books? Because I always try to write something that entertains and helps them escape reality. To a better, interesting and magical world, where we all belong. The glimpse of this world is what you see in your dreams – and that is where my books belong – the Neverland or in George Orwell’s words, "The Golden Country." All I ask is readers read me once before judging me.
