what I'm thankful for:
Men who love their wives and cherish their children.
Parents who help their daughters and sons to soar.
A country that still believes in the individual over corporate interests.
Grey's Anatomy. (I admit it - I'm addicted)
Chocolate. (another addiction)
Mexican food...any kind of Mexican food. (okay, so I'm really hooked)
Cats that curl up in your lap and let you pet them for a few seconds.
Dogs that gaze at you with adoration in their eyes.
Children's carefree laughter.
Children's hopeful smiles.
Friends who are always loyal and become your family when you have none.
Cars that last past 100,000 miles.
Books that move a reader to tears and laughter.
Morning air scented with flowers and freshly mown grass.
The sound of rain.
A lingering kiss.
A protective caress.
That's my list - what's yours?? :)

Tina, I'm thankful for many things, but at this time, I'm mostly thankful for hubby.
Ah, yes - the most important part of the list. I lost my hubby suddenly a few years back. Miss him like mad.
Yes, I very definitely would have to add hubby and sons to this list but I'd have to change out Grey's Anatomy for Castle other than that, our lists our very similar:)
I've never seen Castle - will have to start watching it. :)
malt, water, hops and yeast and the resulting beverage! And my family.
and college football
and the support of all the writers I've met this year!
LOL - yeah, booze is definitely on my list too. :)
I'm a little late to the party, but want to add that I'm SO SO enormously grateful that my kids have great jobs in this tough economy.
Every day, I'm thankful for my husband and family.
Best--Adele
Know what you mean, Adele. Had to get a new car this weekend, my old one (a 93 Saturn) couldn't be saved. A new motor and trammy would have cost over 5 grand for a nearly 20 year old car. Glad I have an EDJ to pay for new wheels. :)
