1. Lose weight. (is there anyone who doesn't say this?)
2. Spend more time with family and friends. (take time to enjoy those around me)
3. Write. Write. Write. I got sidetracked last year and didn't get much done. While I'm pleased to have my nonfiction book completed and about to be released, I didn't spend enough time writing romance books.
4. Try something different. (I WILL write romance books, but plan to try writing a children's book)
5. Exercise. (Mall walking, anyone?)
6. Get to conferences. (RT2011, RWA2011, and RomantiCon2011). All I need is money!
7. Keep in touch with everyone through "Romance Books R Us". (the group is so wonderful...I'm really having a great time!)
Does my list sound like yours? May you accomplish everything/every goal you set and have a wonderful NEW YEAR!

I've been wanting to go for years but it's so expensive!!!!
I decided not to make any this year.
Good luck and Happy New Year!
Happy New Year. No resolutions this year, just a new motto. "I will...". Happy New Year!
Yep, some are the same as mine...though the conferences are out. It would cost more than a pretty penny for me to get over to the US.
I do have some trips planned....Spain in the summer to visit our newly born, 3rd grandchild.
England in the Spring to spend some time with my Mum and her birthday.

Sounds like a list we'd all like to accomplish. My resolution is more simple.. If possible, make everyone whose life I touch glad we communicated. Even a smile can make another person's day.
Happy New Year, Marianne! Yep, we have many of the same goals and I'm looking forward to being more productive this year!
I also think that Jean is onto something good:-)
Good luck and Happy New Year!
Marianne these were great resolutions.
Jean, yours is best of all!
