I have "post-it...I live by my to-do lists too. I have "post-it note dependency." I've got post-it notes all over, plus my to-do lists. I feel stressed if I don't break down my tasks into lists. What did I ever do before post-its? Tacked lists to a bulletin board and then had to dig them out when I'd accumulated to many, lol! Being overwhelmed drains so much energy and I have to agree that lists and notes help me keep tasks broken down into manageable bites.
